Ingredients:

8 tsp. Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard
6 tsp. honey
1 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. white pepper
½ tsp. light soy sauce
2 tsp. salted butter


Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except soy sauce and butter, in a saucepan.
2. Simmer for 10 minutes, then remove from heat
3. Stir in soy sauce and butter to combine

Colman’s Horseradish Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
2 tbs. Colman’s Original Prepared Mustard
½ cup prepared white (beetless) horseradish
½ cup light or reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tbs. snipped chives, dill, or tarragon
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the mustard, horseradish, mayonnaise, chives, and lemon and process until smooth.
2. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
3. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
